This is an ongoing project. We have designed the layouts and project managed the extension to create a huge kitchen, dining and family room across the back of the property. There is also; a new utility room downstairs, an additional bedroom with ‘Jack and Jill’ en-suite on the first floor, plus a loft bedroom and en-suite in the roof.

The schemes combined ‘30’s glamour’ in a modern style, to create a warm family home practical flooring was essential in the kitchen to allow for dogs’ paw prints.

We rebuilt the chimneys and installed smoke free log burners to give a homely and energy saving alternative to the underfloor heating.

All the windows were changed to be more sympathetic to the dark beams. This has made this property impressive in an understated way which is sympathetic to the original character.
