Our client is a young single professional, who needed his 2 bedroom flat refurbishment designed and project managed.
With the aim in mind that the flat would within 3-5 years go onto the rental market, we needed to be practical and profit orientated with the schemes for this 1st floor property just off Denmark Hill.
We wanted maximum space and light to enhance the generous room sizes. By removing the walls between the kitchen and lounge this has opened up the areas to be inviting and feel more spacious, also by removing the wall between the w.c and bathroom we were able to have space for a lovely feature freestanding bath and separate shower. With beautiful marble effect porcelain tiles to give a high end luxurious feel.
By reconfiguring the bedroom doorway this created the niche for the wardrobes, allowing a more practical use of the space in the master bedroom.
